Disneyland here we come!

It's a dang good thing we just got home from Disneyland! This trip happened because I was uploading my blog back in feb and saw all our Disneyland pictures. I was sitting at a park after and asked my friend Melissa if she would want to come with me. Layne was leaving out of town the next day so we decided to leave Thurs night, stay in vegas drive to our hotel friday and do disneyland sat then drive home sunday! Let me tell you, it was so completely worth it! I'm ready to do it again. My parents kept Derek for me and we left the park and went home and packed and left 2hrs later! It was so much fun having that one on one with My! We went swimming when we got to our hotel Friday and then spent the entire day in disneyland Sat. I wasn't ready to come home at all! It was so much fun to just decide last minute and pack our bags and go. We had lots of treats inside the park and had a really good time. Love this memory I have with my little girl!

Derek!

Ok, so since I just finished my last book from all of my blog I am determined to get going again on this thing! There will be lots of old picts but I want them for my books. These are of Derek down in lake powell this summer. He was 16mo. Love this boy!

We went to ride the horses with Layne's family. Mylee was in heaven! Derek was trying so hard to get on the other side of the fence with the horses too. They loved it!

Happy Easter! The kids followed their trail of candy to the easter baskets the bunny left for them. They loved it.

We went with Laynes family to Gordies and rode horses one night. The kids LOVED it! My is completely obsessed with them right now! She talked about this night for a long time!

Easter!

I am SO behind on this thing! I am going to try and catch up. Laynes mom has an egg hunt every year. One for the kids and one for the adults. It was so fun. Joel has seemed to score the last couple years. He always finds the mother load but he is always willing to share too. This year he hid 4 different bills on his body and we chose which one we wanted. I was laughing so hard when he did mine. I'll just leave it at that.

We were really bored and decided to take the kids down to the city one. It was crazy! They had fun though.

boring winter night turned fun...

Layne got me a tent for christmas. If you know him that is huge! His way of camping is a cabin. We decided to order pizza, roast marshmellows and watch princess and the frog. It was such a fun night. We let Mylee fall asleep and then moved her and us to our beds. We didn't even attempt to let Derek sleep out there. He was straight to his crib but they both had so much fun.

Random things. Mylee finally letting Derek play with her! Mylee reading hiponotamus with the books on tape. She loved it!

ok....so this is really late getting on here but i had to put it on for our blog book that i make! layne's birthday rolled along and i wanted to make it so he wouldn't forget it so i made this cake for him and took it to his work. the candles in the boobs were sparklers and then i put cream filling all over in it. he was laughing so hard! i was so excited to embarrass him a bit!

Bath time

One of my very favorite things is their wrinkly feet in the tub. I pulled up my lights and had to capture this. I love these two!
