Check out this hairdo! Their aunt Heidi did a good job on it. We were laughing so hard. Mylee woke up from her nap wondering where her friends were so we called Karlie to come sleep over. They were wild monkey's the whole night. They had so much fun. They ran around the house playing all night.

The other night I found Mylee sitting on the couch with my cooking chocolate. She gets into the pantry and climbes up on the step stool and gets what she wants. I was laughing when I found this. She thought she was ok to eat it and wasn't in trouble when the camera came out but there was a major fit when I took them away.

We got invited to go to st. george with joel and shelley. It was so much fun! The kids loved the pool and park. It was so nice to go and have some good weather. We made lasagna and had a candle light dinner with all the kids. The guys went golfing and when they got home us girls went shopping and for pedicures. It was so much fun. Mylee couldn't get enough of the pool. She LOVED it. There was a major fit when she had to leave. Luckily she got to go back with her dad and loved the big slide. He got his workout going up those stairs so many times with her. Thanks Joel and Shelley for the invite! It was a way fun trip!

what do you all think?

So I kinda have this new idea and wanting opinions! I am wanting to start selling some small things out of my photography studio. I have thought about putting some kids shoes, baby legs, burp clothes, car seat covers, bracelets, moomoos, etc down there. Do you think I can get word of mouth out and sell things? I'm thinking it might be a fun little spot people can by baby gifts or things for themselves? What is your opinion?

Oh CRAP....

So I wish so bad I had a picture of this. Last night, I was changing Dereks bum and I was holding him up to show off his new fat rolls. We were trying to get the attention of Brandon, my cousins husband. Well next thing I know, there is a very loud, wet fart that came from Derek. (That got his attention.) I looked down and realized he had pooped all over me! We all were laughing so hard. I just held him up laughing my head off. I couldn't even put his diaper back on cause I was laughing so hard. Layne grabbed the video camera so we would never forget that one. I guess he didn't like me showing off his fat rolls and he let me have it. It was so funny!

This is her fake smile. I told her to smile and this is what I got. She makes me laugh through the whole day. I guess not the whole day. Sometimes she gets really rotten:)

She sits up here every morning and we do her hair. She loves to get all done up. I wish I had more energy to do cute things with this head of hair.

I decided to put curlers in My's hair. This is the first time I have done it.


She was getting mad at me cause I wouldn't let her see the picture. I wanted more shots and she didn't.

Mylee the nose picker

So this is a funny story and I don't want to forget it. Yes that is my little girl picking her boogers! Her uncle Brandon taught her that. We were driving in the truck and all a sudden we hear this little voice in the back seat say, "booger, wanna eat it." Layne and I look at each other and start busting up. We turn to look at her and she has a nice green booger on her finger, looking at it, saying this. We were dying. We taught her quick that if she picks a booger, I know, gross, to wipe it on her pants. Layne said that the night before Brandon saw her picking her nose and he told her to eat it. He is kinda a booger eater though!!!! We love him still though!

The last month around here...

So Mylee is loving Derek. She is sharing everything with him!

This is a funny story. She had to have this dinosour from my moms. She was scared to death of it at first then the next day she had to have him come home with her. His name is him and she has to sleep with it during naps and nighttime. She posed him on the fireplace and was taking pictures of him. I think she is learning from her mom. Pretty funny.

This is a HUGE step for her. If Mylee has shared Eyor with you, you know she REALLY likes you! She is so attached to this that not too many people get to hold him.

She just went over to Derek and stood like this looking at him. She loves him.

She wanted to go outside. She had her hat, gloves, and slippers.

Layne went in the kitchen and found our girl like this. She knows the good stuff!

My always wants to hold him. She lasts about two seconds and then she's done.

Uncle Jimmy came to visit Derek. We love when we get a visit from Jimmy. He's such a good uncle!

This is how it usually is around our house. My has been super attached to dad! Derek will go wherever. She can't get enough of him.

We had lots of fun visitors. These are some guys that are from Laynes work. I was so impressed that they came to see us. They even brought us lunch!

Poor Josee and Ryan. They were up on the fifth floor hoping to be admitted with their new little guy but no luck. He came just a few days later though! Derek and Easton are going to be best little buddies!

Layne's grandma came over too. Her husband is who we named Derek after. It was nice to sit and visit with her. I love her like she is my own grandma!

Layne's parents were up to the cabin and didn't even know we had had him until the next day. They came down from the cabin to see him and went back up to finish out their party. We tried to call but they had already gotten out of service.

Shelley and her girls. They came down from the cabin and took Mylee home to have a sleep over. It was so nice not to worry about her. She has so much fun with all her cousins!

Mylee with grandpa great. Him and grandma are the best with us! They can't get enough of their great grandkids and it's a good thing cause Derek was number 71 and they had 4 more this month and one in Aug. due. Pretty crazy!

Just brand new. I love the newborn stage!

Grandma and grandpa great! They love newborns and are always thinking of others before themselves! We had so much fun with the company we had at the hospital. Most of our families were up to the cabins for new years but they all came over when they got home. He has been soooo good!
